Uzbekistan has three countries left before joining the WTO
Uzbek diplomats concluded negotiations with Canada and Panama.
Uzbekistan has finalized negotiations with Canada and Panama to join the WTO, according to the press service of the President’s representative for the WTO, Azizbek Urunov.
The protocols on the completion of bilateral negotiations were signed within the framework of the 11th meeting of the working group on the country’s accession to the World Trade Organization. Uzbekistan has yet to reach an agreement with three more countries. Their list is not disclosed.
Uzbekistan expresses its gratitude to the teams of Canada and Panama for their constructive participation in the process of Uzbekistan’s accession to the WTO and during bilateral negotiations.
Recall that the head of the WTO visited Bukhara and inspected the toilets near the sights. The specialist gave several tips on improving their quality, and also recommended improving inclusivity.
