Uzbek diplomats have arrived in Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia became the 163rd country with which Uzbekistan established diplomatic relations, reports “Dunyo”.
The Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to the UN, Ulugbek Lapasov, and the Permanent Representative of Saint Lucia to the UN, Menissa Ramballi, signed the corresponding communiqué in New York (USA).
The parties expressed their readiness to strengthen joint cooperation within the framework of international organizations, including the UN and its specialized agencies.
An agreement was also reached to intensify bilateral contacts to find mutually beneficial areas of cooperation in the political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
