On September 23, the next session of the UN General Assembly was held, where Shavkat Mirziyoyev discussed the development of artificial intelligence, the presidential press service reports.
According to the head of state, it is extremely important to eliminate the gap between countries in digital development and the use of artificial intelligence. Mirziyoyev proposed creating an International Cooperation Mechanism for exchanging experience with other countries.
We support the transformation of the United Nations Security Council and the expansion of its membership in order to effectively address current threats and challenges, and protect the interests of the developing countries. We propose to create an International Cooperation Mechanism aimed at the gratis exchange of practical solutions and models of artificial intelligence in healthcare, education, and culture.
As a reminder, Uzbek schoolchildren will be taught artificial intelligence lessons. A new subject will be introduced for the upper years.
