The power of attorney for accessing public services will be available online
The service will be free.

From 1 January 2026, a new online platform will be launched, enabling the issuance of powers of attorney to other persons for using state services, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
The new Vakolat.uz platform will allow citizens to:
- issuing powers of attorney to other persons for the use of public services and obtaining public service results;
- voluntary registration of powers of attorney issued by legal entities;
- verification of the authenticity of all types of powers of attorney online.
The platform is free. Additionally, starting from 2026, the maintenance of the Unified Register of State Services will be managed through the automated online information system “State Services”. It will be developed by the Ministry of Justice. Simultaneously, a digital passport will be created for each state service, and every entry into the State Register of Legal Entities will be made based on a regulatory legal act.
Recall that Uzbekistan wants to add a new clause to the power of attorney for driving a car. Now the authorized representative will be able to export vehicles abroad.
