The date of winter break for students has been named
Students will also receive discounts on air and railway tickets.
The winter break in higher, secondary specialized, and vocational educational institutions, as well as academic lyceums in Uzbekistan, will begin on December 28th, according to the Ministry’s press service.
According to the information, the holidays will begin on December 28, 2025, and will last until January 10, 2026, inclusive.
For the convenience of students traveling to their permanent residence during the winter break, a 50% discount on air and railway tickets will be in effect from December 18, 2025, to January 12, 2026, inclusive.
Earlier, it was reported that in the 2025-2026 academic year, winter break for general education schools will begin on December 28.
