The Andijan region’s governor announced the start of the heating season
Responsible authorities were instructed to prepare for the heat supply.

Andijan region governor Shuhrat Abdurahmonov signed a decree on November 5th to begin the heating season on November 1st, according to the document.
The decree obligates utility companies and local administrations to provide heat to apartment buildings and social institutions, conduct necessary tests, and turn on the heating on November 1. At the same time, the regional governor signed the decision on November 5. The Deputy Hokim of the region was instructed to monitor the implementation of the decision.
In addition, it follows from the document:
- responsible structures must check the condition of heat sources and ensure the circulation of heat networks;
- heads of social facilities and local administrations are personally responsible for the uninterrupted heat supply and control over the debts of the population;
- gas, electricity, and water supply organizations must develop plans for the uninterrupted supply of resources.
