Tashkent will be exposed to high levels of ultraviolet radiation

On 30 August, Tashkent will be exposed to intense ultraviolet radiation, classified as high risk, reports Meteonova.

The peak of ultraviolet radiation is expected at 12:00 and will decrease closer to 15:00. The intensity will reach 8 points, which will be classified as the “highest hazard class” of ultraviolet radiation. Service specialists advised residents to seek shade and remain indoors.

On August 31, the ultraviolet radiation intensity will also be at 8 points. The peak will again occur around 12:00 and will decrease by 14:00. Specialists advised avoiding direct sunlight and, if possible, to use protective cream.

Earlier, it was reported that in September 2025, residents of Uzbekistan will encounter refreshing coolness and rainfall. The air temperature will start to drop towards the end of the month.
