Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Azerbaijan on a working visit
The Head of State will take part in the events of the next summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
On October 6-7, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, will pay a working visit to this country.
The Head of State will take part in the events of the next summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which will be held in the city of Gabala. The agenda of the meeting, held under the theme “Regional Peace and Security,” includes pressing issues of further developing and deepening multilateral cooperation within the Organization.
Prospects for practical interaction in the political, trade-economic, innovation, investment, energy, transport-communication, humanitarian, and other priority areas will be considered. The heads of delegations will also exchange views on key aspects of international politics.
Following the summit, it is planned to adopt a number of joint decisions and documents aimed at further expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between the member states of the Organization.
