Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated teachers and students on the beginning of the new academic year
The President remarked that the standard of education and the design of schools are enhancing annually.
On 2 September, Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated teachers and students on the start of the new academic year, the presidential press service reports.
According to the head of state, over 720,000 children started in the first year. He also mentioned that the quality of education and the development of educational institutions are improving every year.
“We firmly believe that the key factors in reaching our great goals are, first and foremost, education and our schools. Never forget: school is a miracle; every book and each lesson from teachers is a priceless treasure. If you set a clear goal and strive towards it with all your strength, knowledge, and abilities, you will definitely reach the heights you desire”, — said the President.
As a reminder, the Sherali Juraev Higher School of Music and Art will open in Uzbekistan. The educational programme is set to commence in the 2025/2026 academic year.
