Sharp cold snap in Uzbekistan — weather forecasters reveal date
The temperature may drop to zero at night.
Forecasters warned Uzbekistanis about the intrusion of cold air masses and a sharp change in temperature, according to the press service of the Hydrometeorological Center.
According to reports, cold air will invade the northern regions of Uzbekistan on November 3rd and the entire country from November 4th to 6th. In this regard, a sharp change in weather is expected across the country.
It is noted that from November 3 to 5, it will rain in places, in the foothills and mountainous areas with a change to snow. Further, from November 4 to 6, according to forecasters, the air temperature will gradually decrease: at night it will warm up to 0-3 degrees, frost is possible in some places, during the day it will warm up to 8-13 degrees.
Earlier, it was reported that a trillion soums would be distributed to Uzbeks before the frosts. More than a million citizens will receive assistance.
