Residents of Tashkent will be able to learn about heating and hot water indicators separately
The new feature has been implemented in the Veolia Energy Tashkent personal account.
Veolia Energy has introduced a new charging function in its personal account, which is now divided into two types of services — heating and hot water supply.
In the “Decoding” section, from now on, it is indicated for which service the accrual is formed — heating or HWS. The accrual amount is displayed separately for each service.
To view current calculations, you need to log into your personal account via the cabinet.veoliaenergy.uz link, select the “Calculations” section and the required period, and then click the “Decoding” button.
To correct the inaccuracy or send suggestions for improving the service, you can contact company representatives through the official Telegram channel, email (info@veoliaenergy.uz), or the district heat distribution department.
Earlier, it was reported that the Council approved the increase in hot water and heating prices in Tashkent. The document awaits the city khokim’s signature.
