Parking operators in Tashkent can receive the status of an excellent negotiating force

The Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection has begun research on recognizing parking operators in Tashkent as having superior negotiating power.

A total of 66 enterprises have the ability to unilaterally influence the terms of the transaction, the territory of sale of goods, or the price. The Committee has already recognized 35 enterprises as having superior negotiating power. In Tashkent, the following companies are recognized as such enterprises:

• Interterminal — commissioning of the railway line;
• CityNet — connection to the network in the Index Tashkent multi-industry shopping complex, including internet service providers.

According to Article 14 of the Law “On Competition”, if a business entity or a group of persons who do not have a dominant position have the ability to unilaterally influence the terms of the transaction, the territory of sale of goods, or the price, such a position is recognized as a superior bargaining power, — the statement said.
