A comprehensive approach to mahalla development will be introduced in Uzbekistan, with 8.5 trillion soums allocated for this purpose, the presidential press service reported.
In each region, 2-3 districts will be selected, in which a system will appear that allows solving the problems of all mahallas simultaneously. At the same time, entrepreneurial infrastructure will be developed in these areas. 8.5 trillion soums will be allocated for these purposes from all sources.
Deputies will be provided with 500 billion soums to solve problems in their constituencies. In addition to this, 330 million soums will be allocated for each deputy’s initiatives to create a “green zone” or “green park”. It is noted that such an approach will allow bringing the image of “New Uzbekistan” to all mahallas in districts with difficult conditions by 2030.
Recall that the president announced the name of 2026. The new stage will focus on the people of Uzbekistan.
