Labor protection services will be established in organizations of Uzbekistan, according to a government decree.

According to the information, the employer will be required to implement a labor protection management system in the organization and organize a labor protection service and a road safety service.

Training of employees in occupational safety includes:

  • conducting introductory instruction and instruction at the workplace;
  • practical training and knowledge testing at the workplace;
  • training of employees in providing first aid to victims of accidents.

The Employer shall ensure the inclusion of the following information in the “Unified National Labor System” interdepartmental hardware and software complex by January 20 of each year:

  • information on working conditions;
  • information on the amount of benefits and compensations for work in working conditions characterized by the presence of harmful and hazardous production factors;
  • information on the number of persons injured as a result of accidents and those diagnosed with occupational diseases for the first time.

Administrative and public control must be organized in organizations, which is carried out in the following order:

  • stage 1 – at the place of the subdivision and department (workshop), shift, brigade;
  • stage 2 – at the location of the subdivision, department, production, or organization;
  • stage 3 – general in the organization.
