In Uzbekistan, individuals will be punished for disclosing details of closed court sessions
Citizens will be issued a special receipt.

Criminal liability for disclosure of information and details of a closed court session has been approved in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
Violation of these obligations entails liability under Article 239 (Disclosure of Surveillance or Preliminary Investigation Data). This condition will be written in the document. Thus, a citizen may be fined 50 BCV or face up to three years of correctional labor, or face one to three years of restricted freedom, or face up to three years of imprisonment.
Earlier, it was reported that Uzbekistan would impose fines for illegal interference in the activities of NC. The responsibility for interfering in the work of NC has been strengthened, and organizations have received more freedom for legal activities.
