In Uzbekistan, a fine has been proposed for wearing clothing that imitates military uniforms
The draft law stipulates fines and confiscation for using military and departmental uniforms, as well as imitation clothing.

In Uzbekistan, a draft law has been presented for debate to enhance penalties for the illegal wearing of uniforms by employees of ministries, agencies, and organisations, as well as for the use of uniforms similar to military or departmental uniforms.
The document suggests amending Article 209¹ of the Administrative Responsibility Code. According to the project:
for wearing approved samples of military, departmental, or special uniforms, as well as uniforms bearing insignia and symbols of state bodies, a fine of 2 to 5 basic calculated values (824 thousand — 2 million 60 thousand soums) will be imposed, along with the confiscation of the uniform.
for the introduction into circulation or use of clothing that, by colour, style of garment, or elements, imitates military or departmental uniforms, a fine of 5 to 10 BCV (2 million 60 thousand — 4 million 120 thousand soums) is imposed, along with confiscation.
The initiators emphasise that the proposed measures are designed to prevent illegal use of uniforms and to ensure their clear connection with relevant structures.
