In Tashkent region, a traffic police officer apprehended a wanted fraudster

In Tashkent region, law enforcement officers found and detained a citizen who had been wanted for a long time for fraud, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.

The incident occurred in the Kuyichirchik district. As part of the “Healthy Generation — Safe Society” operational-preventive measure, a traffic police officer detained a wanted citizen, born in 2000.

It was revealed that this citizen was wanted for committing a crime under Article 168 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code. He was transferred to the District Department of Internal Affairs and arrested, and an investigation began.

Recall that in Jizzakh, a police officer went missing: a case was opened against him. The law enforcement officer is suspected of fraud.
