Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Kongratbay Sharipov awarded a student who went down from one floor to another through a balcony and saved a child.

On October 18, the Minister presented a letter of gratitude and a commemorative gift to Mukhriddin Ilashov, a student of the Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute, noting his courage and dedication. Sharipov emphasized that the young hero’s action should be an example not only for the institute where he is studying but also for all young people, strengthening their feelings of humanity, patriotism, and courage.

As a reminder, in Tashkent, a man jumped onto a neighboring balcony to save a small child who had slipped between the bars and was on the verge of falling: according to eyewitnesses, the mother left the children alone in the apartment, the man living upstairs, seeing the situation, carefully climbed over the railing and, having jumped onto the neighboring balcony, took the child to a safe place.
