Hundreds of new Yutong electric buses were brought to Uzbekistan from China
By 2030, the share of these buses in Tashkent's public transport is planned to increase to 50%.

On October 13, 202 new Yutong electric buses were brought to Uzbekistan from China, the press service of Toshshahartransxizmat reports.
Transport Minister Ilkhom Mahkamov congratulated the drivers and the Toshshahartransxizmat team on the arrival of the new rolling stock. It is reported that by 2030, the share of electric buses in Tashkent’s public transport is planned to increase to 50%.
The new environmentally friendly electric buses will make an important contribution to the further improvement of the city’s ecology and the development of the public transport system. As a result of the work carried out in recent years to update the rolling stock of the capital’s public transport, it was possible to reduce the amount of harmful substances emitted by buses into the atmosphere by 93.3 tons per month, — the report says.
