On December 5, the Ministry of Justice announced how many days Uzbeks will rest on Constitution Day.

In honor of Constitution Day on December 8, workers will rest:

  • December 6 (Saturday) — a day off for employees with a 5-day work week, a working day for employees with a 6-day work week;
  • December 7 (Sunday) — a day off;
  • December 8 (Monday) — Constitution Day.

In addition, on December 6th, at 3:00 PM, a festive “Cavalry Parade” will be held in honor of the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution in Tashkent’s Amir Temur Alley.

As a reminder, the start date of winter break for schoolchildren has been announced. Primary school students will rest one day longer.
