How many days will Uzbekistanis rest on Constitution Day?
A festive “Cavalry Parade” will also be held in Tashkent in honor of the holiday.

On December 5, the Ministry of Justice announced how many days Uzbeks will rest on Constitution Day.
In honor of Constitution Day on December 8, workers will rest:
- December 6 (Saturday) — a day off for employees with a 5-day work week, a working day for employees with a 6-day work week;
- December 7 (Sunday) — a day off;
- December 8 (Monday) — Constitution Day.
In addition, on December 6th, at 3:00 PM, a festive “Cavalry Parade” will be held in honor of the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution in Tashkent’s Amir Temur Alley.
As a reminder, the start date of winter break for schoolchildren has been announced. Primary school students will rest one day longer.
