Heat and rain: weather for September 20th

On September 20, heat is expected in Uzbekistan, with possible strong winds with dust in places, precipitation in some regions, Uzhydromet reports.

In Tashkent, partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind 3-8 m/s. Temperature at night 12-14°, during the day 27-29°.

The weather in the regions is expected to be as follows:

• in Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, short-term rain is possible in places, thunderstorms are possible. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s, locally possible strengthening to 13-18 m/s. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 23-28°;
• In Bukhara and Navoi, partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind 7-12 m/s, locally possible strengthening to 13-18 m/s. Temperature at night 12-17°, during the day 27-32°;
• Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 25-30°;
• Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Wind from the east 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 15-20°, during the day 30-35°;
• In the Fergana Valley, partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind 5-10 m/s. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 25-30°;
• in the foothills and mountainous areas, partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 5-10°, during the day 20-25°.

Earlier, it was reported that Uzbekistan had a cool weekend ahead. Humid air is expected to invade the country.
