Frost and rain: Weather for October 1st

On October 1, temperatures are expected to drop in Uzbekistan, with rain in some areas, and strong dust storms are possible in some regions, according to Uzhydromet.

In Tashkent, it rains occasionally. Dust-laden winds may intensify to 10-12 m/s. Temperature at night 13-15°C, daytime 18-20°C.

The weather in the regions is expected to be as follows:

• in Karakalpakstan, light rain in places overnight and in the morning. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 6-11°C, daytime 13-18°C;
• in Khorezm, no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 8-13°, during the day 17-22°;
• No precipitation, only in the north of Navoi region at night and in the morning, light rain in places. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 20-25°;
• Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions: no precipitation, only in the Tashkent region will it rain in places. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 18-23°;
• In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, no precipitation. Temperature at night 12-17°, during the day 28-33°;
• In the Fergana Valley, no precipitation. Temperature at night 10-15°, during the day 22-27°;
• in the foothills and mountainous areas, occasional rain. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night and during the day 10-15°C.

Earlier, it was reported that in October, Uzbekistanis will face autumn cooling. Weather forecasters also predict increased precipitation.
