In this case, the service is provided within one day, and taking into account delivery within three working days. In this case, specialists can cancel the service in a number of cases:

  • if the certificate information is not confirmed in the system;
  • if the applicant is deprived of the right to drive vehicles;
  • if an administrative case has been initiated against the applicant under Articles 131 (driving vehicles while intoxicated) and 136 (evading the examination of drivers of vehicles and other road users for intoxication).

Earlier, it was reported that state bodies would be prohibited from requesting original documents if they are available in the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal (UIGSP) application. The list will include ID cards, PINFL, and driver’s licenses.
