“Comfortable Environment” and “Hokimiyat Monitor” systems will be introduced in Tashkent

The authorities will promptly monitor the situation in the mahallas.

“Comfortable Environment” and “Hokimiyat Monitor” information systems will be implemented in Tashkent, the city administration’s press service reports.

The new digital platforms are designed to improve the quality of improvement, security, and operational management of urban infrastructure.

Through administrative video surveillance systems, the following will be carried out:

  • automatic recording of violations related to landscaping and waste;
  • remote management and control of the work of special equipment and utility services;
  • automatic confirmation of the volumes of work performed;
  • assistance in preventing the spread of narcotic drugs in mahallas.

The following will be ensured through digital video recording systems:

  • real-time monitoring of the adjacent territories;
  • prompt and direct informing of the population;
  • increasing the transparency of public utilities and accelerating the resolution of emerging problems.

Through the Single City Platform:

  • prompt monitoring of the situation in mahallas;
  • effective management of amenities based on Big Data and artificial intelligence technologies;
  • maintaining a rating of mahallas and management companies.

Earlier, it was reported that businesses would receive benefits when transferring production from Tashkent to Syrdarya. Entrepreneurs will be provided with loans, logistics tariffs will be reduced, and land provision will be simplified.
