CEB staff will undergo advanced training
Experts, lawyers, and journalists will teach workers new skills.

The CEB staff responsible for public relations and legal information have begun to improve their qualifications, the press service of the Bureau reports.
Seminar-trainings have begun at the Law Enforcement Academy of Uzbekistan with the participation of responsible employees of the Central Office of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. Work in the enforcement system is carried out with the participation of citizens and close cooperation with the public and the media.
In recent years, digitalization processes have been implemented in the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement system to create even greater convenience for the population and ensure the objective and unconditional execution of enforcement documents.
It is reported that promptly and accurately informing the public about reforms is one of the main tasks of information service employees. Therefore, during the seminar-training, participants were given knowledge and skills on modern media approaches, effective communication methods, and the principles of information policy in crisis situations.
Experts, lawyers, journalists, and specialists will conduct training sessions on the following topics:
- methods of participation in the process of non-property and complex enforcement actions;
- skills of prompt commenting and interviewing;
- criteria for assessing the activities of the information service;
- the role of the information service in crisis situations and modern approaches;
- time management;
- technologies for assessing effective PR communication;
- close cooperation with the media;
- socio-psychological approach
During the sessions, the responsible employees of the Bureau’s information service will also raise public awareness about the processes of ensuring the implementation of decisions, how to work with negative messages, new methods of public relations (PR), and the practice of writing blogs and cases.
Participants were presented with case studies and analytical tasks based on practical media research and the speakers’ own experience on problems in the real work process. Experts will share their experience with responsible employees within 5 days, — the message says.
