Applications for mortgage subsidies will be accepted in Uzbekistan
To receive a subsidy, there must be no residential premises in the ownership.

From October 2, applications for mortgage subsidies will begin to be accepted in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Finance reports.
According to the information, the application can be submitted by contacting the state services centers, as well as electronically through the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal or the MyGov mobile application. To receive a subsidy, the applicant and their spouse must not own a residential premise. In addition, he must score at least 30 points based on social criteria.
At the same time, the authorities prioritize the following categories of citizens:
- labor migrants;
- young people under 30 years of age;
- divorced women, single mothers, widows;
- medical workers and specialists in remote regions;
- teachers of technical schools in the fields of engineering, construction, and processing industries;
- persons with disabilities.
Previously, it was reported that Uzbekistan would make mortgages more affordable with ADB funds. The Asian Development Bank approved a $30 million loan.
