Andijan regional administration explained the delay in the issuance of the heating decree
Responsible employees received a warning for publishing the decree retroactively.
The press service of the Andijan regional administration commented on the signing of documents on the start of the heating season in the region with a delayed date and reported that the perpetrators were punished.
Social media users were interested in the situation that follows from the data from the document on the start of the heating season in Andijan region: according to the indicated dates, the region’s khokim Shuhrat Abdurahmonov signed a decree on November 5 obliging utility services and local administrations to provide heat to apartment buildings and social institutions, conduct the necessary tests, and turn on the heating on November 1.
The department stated that the resolution was signed by the regional governor, Shuhrat Abdurahmonov, on time, but officials made a mistake, causing the document to arrive late. It is noted that the document on preparation for the heating season from November 1 was signed by the head of the region in a timely manner, however, due to the fact that this day was a day off, it was not possible to include a technical resolution in the relevant program.
It is noted that work on adding the resolution to the program resumed on November 3. In the next stage, the relevant officials had to confirm this download using their electronic keys. However, due to the expiration of the key, one of them managed to confirm the program request only on November 5. As a result, the official was duly warned by the authorities for his negligence.
