Alisher Kadyrov called on teachers to retire at 50

The politician compared the work of a teacher to the work of special services employees and noted that it is not at all easier.

The head of the “Milliy tiklanish” party, Alisher Kadyrov, said that teachers should retire at 50, as they also work in difficult conditions, the party’s press service reports.

The deputy shared his thoughts within the framework of the regular session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis. The politician cited the example of pilots, intelligence officers, and other workers who retire at the age of 45 due to difficult working conditions.

Isn’t a teacher working in difficult conditions? You haven’t created conditions for the teacher. You gave him a class of 50 children. His three years are like 30 years. Why shouldn’t he retire at 50? — said a representative of the “Milliy tiklanish” party.

It should be noted that earlier Alisher Kadyrov proposed creating a teacher assessment system and reducing the salaries of teachers who showed poor results.

A lot of money is being allocated to the education system. This is very true, we support it. But will we get the expected result from the planned funding of teachers’ salaries in the amount of about $50 trillion? We asked the Ministry of Finance this question: do we have a teacher assessment system? Let’s create it and give high salaries to good teachers and low salaries to bad ones, — he said.

Earlier, it was reported that Alisher Kadyrov criticized the transport system. The deputy was outraged by the departments’ inadequate efforts in developing tourism.
