Uzbekistan clubs will be paid for players participating in the 2026 World Cup
In total, FIFA will allocate over $350 million for financial bonuses.

FIFA will distribute $355 million among teams that have released their players for the 2026 World Cup, in connection with which Uzbek football clubs will also be able to receive financial bonuses from the federation, according to the organization’s website.
According to the information, under the expanded program of club privileges, the association plans to distribute $355 million, which is 70% more than in the last World Cup. At the same time, this time the right to receive payments will be available not only for the participation of football players in the final stage of the tournament, but also in the qualifying matches.
It is noted that the fund’s amount has increased thanks to the renewed memorandum between FIFA and the European Clubs Association. Thus, if in 2010, when the club support program was first applied, the fund was 40 million dollars, by 2022 the amount had already increased to 209 million dollars.
Earlier, it was reported that Uzbekistan won the CAFA Cup in football. FIFA President Gianni Infantino observed the tense match against Iran.
