Uzbekistan finished the III CIS Games with 119 medals and fourth place overall, according to the NOC press service.
According to the information, the event took place in Azerbaijan. On the final day of the competition, the national team won a bronze medal in the team competition in artistic gymnastics in the exercises with five hoops and five pairs of clubs.
As a result, she managed to win 119 medals: 25 gold, 33 silver, and 61 bronze, placing the team in 4th place in the overall standings. At the same time, among the countries of Central Asia, Uzbekistan proved to be the leader. Overall, Russia took first place in the ranking, followed by Azerbaijan. Belarus completed the top three.
Earlier, it was reported that the Uzbekistan national team won 19 medals at the Central Asian Badminton Championship. 97 athletes from 7 countries participated in the competition.
