The winner of the international tennis tournament in Tashkent has been announced
In the decisive match, Belarusian tennis player Darya Khomutyanskaya faced Russian player Darya Yegorova.
The ITF World Tennis Tour W15 Tashkent international women’s tennis tournament concluded on October 20-26 at the courts of the Tashkent Tennis Center.
In the decisive match for the title, Belarusian tennis players Darya Khomutyanskaya and Russian Darya Yegorova met. In the final, Khomutyanskaya won with a score of 6:2, 6:2 and won her first title on the Tashkent court. The ITF W15 Tashkent tournament became a significant event of the international calendar and brought together athletes from more than 17 countries.
In the doubles competition, Darya Khomutyanskaya and Ksenia Yersh from Belarus won, defeating Kazakhstani athletes Asylzhan Arystanbekova and Ingkar Dussembay in the final with a score of 6-3, 2-6, [10-8].
The competition allowed young female tennis players to strengthen their positions in the ITF rankings, and spectators to see the high level of play and sportsmanship on the Tashkent courts.
As a reminder, the Asian Junior Table Tennis Championship was held in Tashkent. The championship will bring together hundreds of sports professionals.
