What products have fallen in price in Uzbekistan — statistics
Monthly inflation in the country was under 0.5%.

In August 2025, the inflation rate in Uzbekistan was recorded at 0.4%, according to the Statistics Agency.
According to the information, over the month, prices for food products rose by 0.6%, non-food products by 0.3%. The cost of paid services increased by 0.3%. In terms of products, prices have increased:
- watermelon — 28,7%;
- melon — 11,7%;
- cabbage — 11,4%;
- potatoes — 3,5%;
- bananas — 2,8%;
- eggs — 2,7%;
- chicken thighs and shin — 2,1%;
- other poultry meat — 1,9%;
- cottonseed oil — 1,6%;
- lamb — 1,4%;
- boneless beef — 0,7%;
- beef with bones — 0,2%;
- sandy sugar — 0,1%.
Which products have decreased in price:
- tomatoes — 16,8%;
- grapes — 5,4%;
- eggplant — 4,3%;
- cucumbers — 3,1%;
- carrot — 3,1%;
- bell pepper — 2,8%;
- bow — 2,3%;
- apples — 1%;
- noodle — 0,4%;
- caramel — 0,2%;
- millet — 0,2%;
- high-grade flour bread — 0,2%;
- rice and sesame — 0,1%.
Earlier, it was reported that Uzbeks would be rewarded for identifying substandard goods. Those affected by hazardous products will be compensated for their losses.
