The dollar in Uzbekistan started to rise after a significant decline: exchange rate over the week

The NOVA24 editorial board decided to calculate the exchange rate fluctuations for the week from 25 August to 2 September.
Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of the week were as follows:
- Dollar — 12,357.09 sum;
- Euro — 14,330.52 soums;
- Pound — 16 573,33 soums;
- Ruble — 153,49 soums;
- Yuan — 1,721.14 soums;
- Yen — 83.10 soums;
- Tenge — 22.99 sum.

During the week, the quotes underwent some changes. The euro and pound sterling saw the strongest price increases:
- The dollar — 12,460.70 soums, an increase of 103.61 soums per week;
- Euro — 14,545.38 soums, an increase of 214.86 soums per week;
- Pound — 16,772.10 soums, an increase of 198.77 soums per week;
- Ruble — 155.06 soums, an increase of 1.57 soums per week;
- Yuan — 1,746.74 soums, an increase of 25.60 soums per week;
- Yen — 84.71 soums, an increase of 1.61 soums per week;
- Tenge — 23.14 soums, an increase of 0.15 soums per week.

Earlier, it was reported that a gold deposit valued at two billion dollars would be sold at auction. Geological exploration work will begin at two additional gold and precious metal deposits.
