TBC Bank opens access to financial services for foreigners in Uzbekistan
Access to non-residents is based on the same principles that apply to current clients.

TBC Bank has opened access to its services for non-residents of Uzbekistan. Foreign citizens residing in the country can process cards, open deposits, make transfers, and receive other services available in the bank’s application. Key processes are conducted online, no need to visit the office. This step is part of TBC Bank’s strategy to expand its product line, enter new customer segments, and create additional profit sources.
Access for non-residents is based on the same principles that apply to current clients: convenient application, transparent conditions, and quick onboarding. You can become a client without leaving your home: part of the processes take place online — you need to install the TBC app, register online, and verify the data. For registration, you will need a foreign passport, temporary registration in Uzbekistan, PINFL, and the phone number of the local operator. Then the bank representative will come to a convenient place for the client to sign the contract. Currently, meetings with the bank representative for non-residents are only possible in Tashkent, however, the geography is planned to be expanded until the end of the year.
The solution line covers the main financial scenarios: users can access deposits with an interest rate from 17% to 22% per annum and a debit Salom Card with bonuses — daily payments, transfers, and savings can be made in a single digital space.
Expanding access for non-residents facilitates the financial integration of foreign specialists, students, and entrepreneurs, and supports the further growth of a transparent cashless economy. For the bank, this is a new sustainable segment with high loyalty and diversified revenue within the ecosystem.
