In Uzbekistan, the dollar and the ruble continue to appreciate

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan presented the current exchange rates for October 15.

According to the Central Bank, all foreign currencies, except the euro and the pound sterling, have increased in value.

• Dollar: 12,185.11 soums (+35.56);
• Euro: 14,081.1 soums (-6.29);
• Ruble: 152.58 soums (+2.14).

Commercial banks’ dollar rates as of October 14 were:

• Trustbank: sale – 12,240 sum4.
• Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank: sale – 12,240 soums;
• Infinbank: sale – 12,245 sum;
• Ipoteka bank: sale – 12,245 soums.
