In Uzbekistan, music teachers and physical education teachers will receive additional payments with a certificate

In Uzbekistan, teachers of “Musical Culture” and “Physical Culture” subjects will be able to receive salary supplements if they have a B+ and higher level certificate, according to a government decree.

According to the information, specialists will be issued certificates based on the results of practical and test examinations. The Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications will issue documents electronically, and the certificate will be valid for three years. The scoring scale will be as follows: A+ level will be possible for candidates with 70 points and above, A — 65-69.9 points, B+ — 60-64.9, B — 55-59.9, C+ — 50-54.9, and C — 46-49.9 points.

It is planned that additional remuneration for professionalism will motivate teachers to constantly improve their skills, which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of music and physical education teaching in schools.

Earlier, it was reported that Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed new measures to support teachers. Teachers will be provided with mortgage benefits, travel discounts, favorable loans, and bonuses.
