Uzbeks complained about money being withdrawn from Humans cards linked to the application
The Central Bank reacted to the situation.

Messages circulated on social media complaining that citizens’ money was withdrawn from their bank cards linked to the Humans app without warning. The Central Bank commented on the situation.
The agency reported that on April 10, 2025, Humans Companies and Octagram (Paylov brand) signed an agreement under which Humans, as an agent, began providing payment services to its clients in the form of payments and P2P transfers. However, on December 8, 2025, complaints about money withdrawals through the Humans application began to be received by the Central Bank.
Following this, the regulator, within its authority, contacted Octagram and instructed it to suspend P2P operations to ensure compliance with security requirements and address potential vulnerabilities. It is noted that as of December 9, all Octagram payment services through the Humans mobile application have been temporarily suspended.
The Central Bank reported that payments and transfers via Uzcard and Humo cards are currently operating normally. At the same time, the ability to use cards in the applications of other banks and payment organizations has also been preserved. Also, bank specialists are conducting an inspection and studying all suspicious transactions, technical processes, and practical interaction between platforms. All victims in the department were urged to contact law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, it was reported that Humans Mobile had launched arbitration proceedings against Uzbekistan. The company filed the lawsuit due to the actions of state bodies and companies, including the Central Bank and Uzbektelecom.
