Some residents of Tashkent will be left without electricity at night — locations
The electricity will be restored by morning.
On October 23, power will be cut off in several mahallas of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, the press service of the REN reports.
Due to repair work being carried out at power plants to prevent emergency situations, power will be cut off from 00:00 to 05:00 in the Mingchinor, Qushchinor, Adolat, Akbarobod, Husniobod, Yurtobod, Shoshtepa, Mehnatobod, Begubor, Qadrdon, Xalqobod, Muruvvat, Ahmad Donish, Uzbekistan Mustaqilligi, Yunusota, Sevinch, Yangibog, Ahilobod, Bogishamol, Bogieram, Uch Qahramon, Shahriston, Gayratiy, Anorzor, and Bobodehqon neighborhoods.
Consumers were warned that the work at the sites may be completed earlier than scheduled, and they apologized for the inconvenience caused.
Recall that Uzbekistan may set a new record for energy consumption in winter. The authorities plan to complete preparations for the autumn-winter season by October 5th.
