Residents of one district of Tashkent will be temporarily left without electricity — locations
The electricity supply is planned to be restored closer to evening.
On December 7, electricity will be cut off in several mahallas of the Yashnabad district of Tashkent, the press service of the REN reports.
Due to repair work being carried out on electrical installations to prevent emergencies, the power supply will be cut off from 08:30 to 19:30 in the Fidokor, Mashinasozlar, Dustobod and Selmash neighborhoods.
Consumers were warned that the work at the sites may be completed earlier than scheduled, and they apologized for the inconvenience caused.
As a reminder, the power grids in the Tashkent region will be transferred to private ownership. The authorities are developing the involvement of entrepreneurs in the production and supply of electricity.
