In Uzbekistan, a pharmaceutical company was fined for violating advertising law
Specialists reminded that in advertisements for medications dispensed without a prescription, it is impossible to make claims about a guaranteed result.

A pharmaceutical company in Uzbekistan was fined for violating advertising law, the press service of the Competition Promotion and Сonsumer protection Committee reports.
According to the information, the committee found a violation of legislation in the advertisement for the drug, which contained a slogan with the following content: “Forsil — pain disappears without a trace”. Experts determined that such a statement contradicts the requirements of Article 34 of the “Law On Advertising”, according to which advertising of medicines dispensed without a prescription must not contain claims that the effect of this medicinal product is guaranteed.
As a result, a special commission decided to initiate a case against NIKA FARM and impose a financial fine on it. In addition, the companies also issued an order to eliminate violations and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Earlier, it was reported that a company in Tashkent was found to be distributing prohibited advertising of energy producers. Advertising materials were placed on transport and used the personality of the famous athlete.
