In Tashkent, traffic will be restricted for three days on Shota Rustaveli Street
Drivers were advised to plan their routes in advance, as well as to use detours to avoid traffic jams.
A section of Shota Rustaveli Street in Tashkent will be closed for three days due to repair work, the press service of the capital’s khokimiyat reports.
According to the information, the temporary restriction will begin to operate from 17:00 on September 26 to 07:00 on September 29 at the section starting from the South Railway Station to the “Uzgarish” mahalla in Sergeli. Specialists will carry out road repair work in this area.
Residents and guests of the capital apologized for the inconvenience caused and recommended to plan the routes in advance, as well as to use bypass roads to avoid traffic jams.
Earlier, it was reported that several bus routes in Tashkent had temporarily changed. Residents of the capital were asked to take changes into account when planning routes.
