In Tashkent region, a teenager assaulted a schoolboy
The car was impounded, and law enforcement is investigating the incident.
A video circulated on social media showing a Malibu car hitting a teenager near a school. The Tashkent Regional Road Safety Department commented on the situation.
The incident occurred on 2 September in the Kuyi Chirchik district. The car was driven by a 17-year-old teenager who, while trying to move, hit a 16-year-old student of the 44th school.
Law enforcement officers emphasised: the driver is not a school pupil, but he does not possess a driver’s licence. Currently, the vehicle has been placed in a penalty parking lot. A pre-trial investigation is underway regarding the incident.
Earlier, it was reported that in Andijan, a Damas driver struck a child crossing the road at an unauthorised location.
