Law enforcement officers discovered more than 50 kilograms of narcotic substances in the underground laboratory.

In Tashkent, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service detained a group engaged in the distribution of potent substances, the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service reports.
According to the department, during the inspection of the car of two suspects in the Uchtepa district, 353 tablets of “Pregabalin” and 25 units of “Tropikamid” were found. Two other members of the group who organized a clandestine narcotics laboratory in one of the houses in Yashnabad district, where they had been temporarily residing, were also detained.
In their house, 50 kg and 1200 packaged doses of “Pregabalin”, 2 kg and 400 units of “Tropikamid”, 2 l of raw materials, 112 thousand bottles and packaging capsules, and other material evidence were found and seized. It is reported that the perpetrators face up to 20 years in prison.
As a reminder, in the Tashkent region, State Security Service officers uncovered a family gang involved in drug trafficking. The criminals also involved their children in the circulation of prohibited substances.
