In Tashkent, a girl kept a 17-year-old acquaintance at home and forced her into prostitution
The victim was released from confinement and handed over to specialists for assistance.

A video circulated on social media showing a teenage girl being physically and morally pressured to engage in prostitution. The press service of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs commented on the situation.
The department reported that they identified the girls captured on the recording and were able to determine that the incident occurred in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent. There, a previously convicted 21-year-old girl kept her 17-year-old acquaintance in one of the houses. Law enforcement officers discovered that the girl had been systematically subjected to psychological pressure, as well as confiscated her phone, after which they sold it.
Law enforcement officers initiated a criminal case under Article 138, Part 2, Clause “a” (Violent unlawful deprivation of liberty with infliction of physical suffering), Article 135, Part 3, Clauses “a”, “b” (Trafficking in persons by kidnapping, using violence or threatening to use it, or other forms of coercion, committed against a person knowingly under the age of eighteen), and Article 166, Part 2, Clause “a” (Robbery committed with the use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or with the threat of such violence) and detained the suspect.
Additionally, the department reported that the victim is currently receiving psychological, legal, and social assistance from employees of the National Social Protection Agency’s Andijan Regional Department.
