In Tashkent, a company that distributed prohibited advertising of power generators was identified

A case has been initiated against a company in Tashkent for advertising energy using the images of athlete Khabib Nurmagomedov, the press service of the Committee for Competition and Consumer Protection reports.
A citizen from the Yunusabad district contacted the department, explaining that some vehicles have suspicious advertisements for energy workers. Experts discovered that the company “AION BEVERAGES”, which sells the energy drink “Gorilla” in the country, indeed placed materials that violate the “Law on Advertising” on 106 vehicles.
In particular, according to Article 37, it is prohibited to place advertisements for energy producers on external banners and information stands, as well as to use athletes in this process, and to direct advertising to minors and conduct incentive campaigns. As a result, the agency initiated a case against the company, and based on the results of the review, the company was ordered to remove the advertisement.
Earlier, it was reported that Ucell was fined for inaccurate advertising. Experts believe that the company’s advertisements contain exaggerated or misleading formulations.
