According to the information, the incident occurred on September 26 on the territory of the “GOLD MOON TASHKENT” enterprise in the Chilanzar district. A 39-year-old citizen harassed a stranger, touching her chest. In court, the offender admitted his guilt, repented, and assured that such a thing would not happen again.
The Chilanzar District Criminal Court found the man guilty under Article 41-1 (Sexual harassment) of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced him to 3 days of administrative arrest.
Earlier, it was reported that in the Tashkent region, a drunk man harassed a neighbor and ended up behind bars. The court sentenced the perpetrator to five days of administrative arrest.
