In Tashkent, a Chinese man poured boiling water on a cat — video
Animal rights activists called for the punishment and deportation of the foreign predator.

In Tashkent, a foreigner brutally abused a cat, keeping it locked in a small box and pouring boiling water on it until the animal cried out, according to the “Mehr va Oqibat” animal protection society.
On the night of September 16, a woman contacted animal rights activists, who told them about the animal’s abuse and shared footage showing a man first pouring water from a teapot, then from a five-liter bottle onto a cat locked in a plastic box.
The animal screams, and the man places a heavy object on top of the box lid so the cat can’t escape. The woman stated that the man in the video is her neighbor, a Chinese citizen. Animal rights activists reported this incident to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan, demanding that the perpetrator be held accountable under the full severity of the law and possibly consider deporting him.
Earlier, it was reported that a Chinese man who burned a puppy alive was caught in Jizzakh. The potential punishment for the cattle thief at the cement factory has been determined.
