In Tashkent, 25 kilograms of drugs were seized in a month

In November 2025, 25 kg of narcotic drugs were seized in Tashkent, the press service of the city’s Department of Internal Affairs reports.

According to the information, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Department of Internal Affairs, and the State Security Service Department conducted a number of joint operational activities.

Numerous instances of illegal trafficking of 25 kg of narcotic substances, including 18 kg 692 gr of synthetic drugs, were stopped. In addition, specialists managed to seize 4,749 units of psychotropic drugs.

Now, measures aimed at preventing and suppressing drug trafficking are continuing in Tashkent.

Earlier, it was reported that State Security Service officers had uncovered a large drug trafficking organization in Uzbekistan. Law enforcement officers prevented the spread of 17 kg of synthetic drugs.
