In Syrdarya, a teenager and his friends crashed into his father’s car
Two minor passengers died on the spot, the driver is in intensive care with severe injuries.
On September 19, in the Syrdarya region, a 15-year-old teenager with friends drove his father’s car without permission and crashed, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the department, the accident occurred around 10:00 PM on the first kilometer of the Sholikor—Sirdaryo local road in the “Furqat” neighborhood. As a result of the accident, two minor passengers died. The driver himself was taken to the intensive care unit of the district hospital with serious injuries.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 266, Part 3, Clause “a” (Violation of traffic safety rules or operation of vehicles). Investigative measures are currently underway. Those guilty face up to ten years in prison with deprivation of certain rights.
Recall that in the Tashkent region, a teenager hit a schoolboy. The car was impounded, and law enforcement is investigating the incident.
