In Samarkand, almost 100 kilograms of drugs were seized from circulation in a month
The total amount of seized narcotic drugs amounted to 14.25 billion soums.
In November 2025, law enforcement officers were able to stop nearly 100 kg of narcotics worth over 14 billion soums, according to the press service of the Samarqand Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
According to the information, department employees, together with DXX specialists, were able to suppress the illegal circulation of more than 90 kg of narcotic drugs worth a total of 14 billion 256 million soums.
It is noted that law enforcement officers seized 954 units of psychotropic substances and 1 kg 993 grams of synthetic drugs from circulation.
Earlier, it was reported that State Security Service officers had uncovered a large drug trafficking organization in Uzbekistan. Law enforcement officers prevented the spread of 17 kg of synthetic drugs.
